Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Concrete Creations! Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing

All products in our store are custom made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Orders are typically processed and produced within 2–5 business days before being shipped.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been fulfilled, estimated delivery times are as follows:

United States: 3–5 business days
International: 10–20 business days depending on destination

Please note that total delivery time includes both production time and shipping time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to high order volumes, carrier delays, or customs processing for international orders. These are outside of our control, but we will do our best to keep you informed.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at nicnulty83@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
